The Craving (Poem)

Why do I crave you so much,

I should resist you,

You are bad for me, they all tell me so,

I should go for something that is good,

But I see you hiding,

You are calling to me,

Tempting me,

Flaunting the way you are dressed,

You are wanting me to sin,

Trying to get me to break!

I try to stay away from you,

I should find something else,

But I feel the familiar pull,

I walk one way,

but turn and walk back towards you.

I look at you for a long time,

I remember the taste,

I know what I want,

I don’t care what they say!

Tomorrow is another day and

Weigh Day is 5 days away!
